OVERVIEW
Take pleasure in enjoying the finest coffees from all around the world delivered direct to your door. Choose from over 17 coffees or just sit back and relax and we will choose for you. All of our coffees are small batch roasted for the freshest flavor by a Roast Master with more than 17 years experience. You can choose Whole Bean, Ground, Caffeinated, or Decaffeinated. When you enroll, you will receive a Free French Press as our special gift to you.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
SC will send you one or more 16 oz. packages of the product(s) you have chosen. You will continue to receive additional shipments of SC at the beginning of every month. Lets get started!!

Prices are subject to change. You may cancel this arrangement at any time after receiving your introductory shipment without obligation to accept further shipments. You may change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments. The special gift is yours to keep regardless of your decision.

SLEEPLESS COFFEES
At SC we believe that roasting coffee is both an art and a science that we take seriously; our Roast Master specializes in small batch roasting, providing the highest quality blends, espresso, and varietals available on the market today. You will be given the option of enjoying;

Blends- are made of two or more varietals mixed together. Blending varietals together brings outthe unique flavors of the coffees and provides balance. Coffees can be blended before or after roasting.

Espresso- is a beverage made from coffee through which water has been forced with extreme pressure over the grinds. While brewing, the flow of Espresso will appear to have a consistency of syrup which results in a delightful beverage that has thick, dark, gold cream foam (crema) on top. It is best served immediately after it has been pulled from the espresso machine.

Varietals- are coffees enjoyed for their bold natural flavor characteristics, and are commonly named after the geographical region in which they were grown. Blends are made up of two or more varietals mixed together.

Decaffeinated Coffee- or "decaf" is coffee that has had most of the caffeine removed. By weight, the amount of caffeine found naturally in coffee is only about 1% for the Arabica and 2% for the Robusta coffee beans. When you read "97% Caffeine Free", 97% of that 1% or 2% has been removed. Sleepless Coffee takes care with each of their Decafs to ensure that less caffeine doesn't mean less flavor.

DELIVERY AND BILLING
After your introductory shipment, the next shipment will arrive approximately one month later with all the selections you have chosen. After that, shipments will follow each month. If at any time you would like to change your order- all you have to do is give us a call, or drop us an email and let us know. Please let us know if you will be gone for a length of time and we will temporarily put your order on hold.

You will be billed at the time of each shipment. Prices of coffees range from $8.25- $8.50 lb. A shipping and handling charge will be added. You may choose options to pay by check upon receipt of each shipment or have each shipment conveniently billed to your credit card. Prices are subject to change.
