Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order or a portion of your order, SleeplessCoffee.com will attempt to do so, however we cannot guarantee cancellations. To ensure prompt delivery, orders are usually filled the same day they are received. All orders cancelled after shipment has been made will be subject to round-trip shipping and handling charges.
Order Processing Time
Any order that is placed before Noon PST will be processed for next day shipping provided the item is in stock. We do not currently process or ship orders on Saturday.
Shipping Methods
All shipping charges apply to orders mailed within the Continental United States only which does not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico; for other locations please email for a quote. Most items will be shipped UPS ground (6-9 days). Expedited shipping is available (UPS 2 Day or Overnight) for most items at an additional fee. All shipping costs and delivery methods will be specified during "Checkout" and will vary from item to item. There will be NO SURPRISE COSTS added to your bill. You will see exactly what your shipping costs will be before you pay.
Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange at it anytime. However, returned items must be new and in unworn condition, and returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, etc., to prevent damage during return shipping. If the item was damaged during shipping to you, PLEASE keep all packaging and inserts, etc. and notify us immediately of specific damages. This allows us to correspond with the shipping service (UPS) to expedite return of damaged goods and replacement of the item, free of further shipping charges.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund. The full purchase price minus shipping and handling (except in cases of damage during shipment, where no further shipping costs will occur, as noted above) will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Here is the simple process for returning an item to SleeplessCoffee.com:
- Contact a customer service specialist by e-mailing Customer Service:
cs@sleeplesscoffee.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Our Customer Service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. In addition
to the product, please include your order number, name, contact information
(phone and email) and the reason you are returning the product.
- Upon authorization, you will receive instructions on how and where
to send the return merchandise. Generally the carrier used for original
shipment (eg. UPS) should be used for return shipment, and a
tracking number is required (tracking
is automatically included with UPS). This
tracking number should be emailed back to us along with your original
order number.
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
SleeplessCoffee.com is committed to providing excellent customer support. If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving the order. Our Customer Service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We will make every effort to respond within four hours to any email received during those hours. If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, SleeplessCoffee.com will pay the return-shipping costs, up to the price of the original ground-shipping.
