Espresso 101

Espresso is a beverage made from coffee through which water has been forced with extreme pressure over the grinds. While brewing, the flow of Espresso will appear to have a consistency of syrup which results in a delightful beverage that has thick, dark, gold cream foam (crema) on top. It is best served immediately after it has been pulled from the espresso machine.
